Newborn Sessions
The Session Fee: $125.00
This includes my time and talent only. All prints and digital images are purchased separately. The session fee is due upon booking. The session fee includes the reservation of your session with Captured by Elijah Photography and Videography, a custom photo session of your baby for up to 3 hours at one location, and a password protected online gallery where you may view approximately 20 fully edited images from your session.
The session fee is due upon booking and is non‑refundable. It covers the session only and does not include prints or any other products. My session fee covers travel within the Hartford, CT area (Bloomfield, Windsor, East Hartford, West Hartford). An additional travel fee is required for locations outside of Hartford Counties.
*Please Note: Your CD will contain a print authorization form, which gives you permission to print and use images for personal (non‑commercial) use. It does not transfer the copyright to you; the copyright still belongs to Captured by Elijah Photography and Videography. This means your images may be published on my website and/or blog and may also be used for other advertising purposes. By hiring me you agree to these terms.
SESSION COLLECTIONS:
Cake Smash Session
These Sessions last about 45 minutes long and are a flat fee of $300 for 10 edited images on a CD. Additional digital images and invites may be purchased.
Belly to Baby Session........$1200
Includes 1 Maternity Session, either at client’s home or another location

PURCHASING A SINGLE PHOTO ON CD FROM YOUR SESSION - $35
While no portrait session includes any files. Client can purchase any single image/photo file (in high resolution) $35. This is for ONE image only.
HIGH RESOLUTION CD (ENTIRE SESSION) - $500
Clients also have the option to purchase the CD from their session for $500. This CD will include all the images from your session (as you see in your online gallery) at 100% high resolution. This means you can do anything with your images including large prints.
Images remain property of Captured by Elijah Photography and Videography and may not be commercially reproduced or sold.
LOW RESOLUTION CD (ENTIRE SESSION) - $250
This CD is good only for printing of 4x6's

What is a gallery wrapped canvas?

Collage prints:
11x14 up to 5 images - $145 each, canvas upgrade $195
16x20 up to 5 images - $199 each, canvas upgrade $260

**Payment for prints will be required prior to order made as they will be drop shipped directly to your mailing address.
Newborn & Parent Session $750
This session is for newborns and parents only. You’ll receive the best 20 to 30 photos on CD. The best age for the newborn photos is between 6‑10 days old. After the initial newborn session, tradition says infant photos at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. Please note that this session allows for feeding & break times for your new baby, as well as a few clothing changes. Both parents are encouraged to attend for the newborn session. For scheduling, newborn sessions typically last 3 hours or more. A studio style session focuses on posed images of your little one in several different poses, several poses with both parents as well as each parent with the little one alone. Prints sold separately.
* Newborn sessions are fantastic when shot in the comfort of your own home.
* If you would like to bring along siblings to your maternity, newborn or infant sessions, there is a $50 fee per additional child. For each additional child, you can expect between 10+ additional hi‑res photos included.
Newborn/Maternity Sessions $1200
This is, of course, 2 individual sessions. Maternity photos are recommended between 34‑36 weeks. The maternity session is for both dad and mom. Usually this session will last an hour to an hour and a half. An infant session is also included (Please see infant session details above). This combination package includes a CD of both your maternity photos & infant photos delivered together. (see details and pricing above for bringing along siblings) Prints sold separately.
Baby Session $450
The best time for sessions for most babies is at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. You’ll receive the best 20‑30 hi‑res photos on CD. Take up to 2 hours which include break time and feedings. Include parents in this session for an additional $25 each. Include siblings in this session for an additional $50 each. (Siblings will also have alone time with the camera and for each sibling you will receive an additional 10+ images, as well as additional session time.) Print sold separately.
Child Session $450
This session is for 1 child. For each additional child/parent please add $50. You’ll receive your best 20‑30 images on a CD. You have the option for images at any local location. This session will usually last 45‑90 minutes. Allowing time for breaks and meals. Prints sold separately.
Lifestyle Session $1500
This session is for your special little family and is held at your home*. The focus of this session is to capture a‑day‑in‑the‑life for your family and the everyday beauty that is your life. This session typically lasts around 4 to 6 hours, depending on the size of your family and will highlight each individual with a look into their lives as well as who you are as a family. A comfortable session that will be a true treasure in your family’s history. You’ll receive your documentary style images of between 50‑100 hi‑res photos on a CD. Prints sold separately.
Additional Information
‑ Booking your session requires that a non‑refundable $200 deposit be paid at the time of scheduling. To reschedule a session, please call 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid losing your deposit. An appointment may only be rescheduled once to avoid losing your deposit. The remaining balance of your session including any state tax is due on the date of your session. Please plan accordingly to be a bit early or on‑time for your session. All session times start at your scheduled time.
‑ Please allow 2 – 4 weeks for your edited images to be ready on CD. There is a $100 rush fee to have them ready within 5 days of your session. Please indicate if you would like your images rushed at or before your session.

‑ For more than one on‑location session, additional fees will apply. We do not recommend more than one location for children’s sessions.
‑Birth Announcements/ Christmas and/or Graduation Cards $75 (Design only!) for 25- 5x7 flat cards with envelopes. (additional identical sets of 25- $50)
‑ Holiday Cards will only be ready in time for Christmas if your session is done before Dec. 1st. No exceptions.
-Additional cost for delivery outside of Hartford, County.
* For location shoots more than 25miles from Hartford a travel fee may apply.
